the charger port got damaged when the unit fell from the windscreen with the charger lead still attached and strained the contacts inside. it will start to charge the battery if wiggled a little. I have checked the lead on another device and tried a different lead with the same result. my sat nav go620 won`t switch on , it`s less then two years old. I replaced the battery and did what is suggested on the web forum but no joy, hope you can helpsilvio

tom tom camper model go 4cr52. following updates earlier this year, it freezes, and keeps switching on and off. I have held start button down until printed page appears, then did a reset. worked for one journey, then same problem returns. please reply by email as I don`t have a good phone signal in the village. thanks

the connection between the tomtom usb lead into the port on the satnav is faulty. when trying to download updates via the pc I have to physically hold the usb connection into the satnav port otherwise I lose the connection. it`s a bit of a bind when you are downloading a map!!
